On-Site Facilities / Services

Cincinnati Children's offers several on-site facilities and services that provide personal assistance to our patients and families, including:

  • CarePages allows patients and their families to create a free, private and personalized web page where you can share your latest news with friends and family, and receive messages of support.
  • The Chapel and Multifaith Sanctuary, centrally located on the first floor of Location A, is available or those seeking a place of quiet and inspiration.
  • The Child Life Department provides support to patients and their families, helps reduce the stress of hospitalization, and offers activity centers for children and teens of all developmental levels. Child Life also has a wide selection of toys that can be brought to the bedside.
  • Guest Services is an information and referral service that can help meet the needs of families traveling from out of town.
  • The Family Resource Center offers the most current information in response to questions related to diagnoses, medical conditions or procedures.
  • The Jack Rubinstein Libraries offer extensive resources and are open to the community, parents, patients, hospital staff, professionals, trainees and students:
  • The Outpatient Pharmacy provides pharmaceutical care services to all patients receiving care at Cincinnati Children's, including prescription medications and a limited number of over-the-counter medications.
