Community Health Needs Assessment
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 created a requirement for tax-exempt hospitals to conduct a formal community health needs assessment once every three years and adopt an implementation strategy to meet the community health needs identified through the assessment.

Implementation Strategy
Cincinnati Children’s has developed an implementation strategy addressing the pediatric community health needs identified in Cincinnati Children’s most recent Community Health Needs Assessment.
