Leaving a Legacy for Children

Many friends of Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center wish to continue their legacy of caring by giving a gift that will benefit the medical center in the future. Having worked with and volunteered for children all her life, Olga Kanuschak, 82, chose to invest in the future of children's health through two planned gifts. Mrs. Kanuschak has included Cincinnati Children's in her estate plans and also has established a charitable gift annuity. Both types of gifts offer her tax savings, and the gift annuity provides her with a fixed income for life. Through her annuity and bequest, she also has the satisfaction of knowing that she will help secure a healthier future for tomorrow's children. "I'm pleased that my gifts to Cincinnati Children's will help children lead healthier lives," Mrs. Kanuschak says.
