Kohl's Cares for Kids
The Kohl's Cares for Kids program links the department store, the community and Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in a partnership to help children cope with hospitalization. During the holiday, spring and back-to-school seasons, Kohl's designates special items for its Kohl's Cares for Kids program. Shoppers in the Greater Cincinnati area who buy these items, including the toys these twins are playing with, know that 100 percent of the net profits from sales go to the Child Life Department to purchase supplies to make the hospital stay less stressful for children. Last year, thanks to the generous support of Kohl's and its customers, the Kohl's Cares for Kids program raised $128,899 for toys, books, videos, games, furnishings and other supplies.
