Our History

Founded in 1883, Cincinnati Children’s began as a small hospital established by three compassionate women.

Today, we are one of the world’s leading children’s hospitals, advancing pediatric care through groundbreaking research, innovation and the compassionate care that has defined our mission from the beginning.
