During April 2006, Elliott Farmer joined the Family Advisory Council at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
Elliott said he joined the Family Advisory Council "to give back to Children's Hospital a little of what they have done for our son Braxton. We have been coming to Cincinnati Children's for a year now. We have been in many parts of the hospital."
Elliott's son was diagnosed with cancer and has been receiving care from many staff, including Timothy P. Cripe, MD, PhD, and Laurie Clark, RN, MSN, CPNP. "Dr. Cripe and Laurie Clark take wonderful care of our son Braxton," Elliott said.
As a member of the Family Advisory Council, Elliott said he hopes to share new ideas and experiences with employees at Cincinnati Children's.
