Mission Statement
The Family and Parent Advisory Council Leads Committee exists to promote family-centered care throughout Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center by bringing together all family advisory groups.
Purpose Statements
Information Sharing:
1. To understand the various projects, activities and outcomes occurring within Cincinnati Children's family advisory groups including facilitating and mentoring newly formed advisory groups;
2. To share best practices such as developing parent recruiting strategies, creating a parent database and/or sharing resources (toolkit) with all family advisory groups; and,
Recommendation:
3. To make recommendations to leadership re: standardizing practices throughout the organization related to the work of family advisory groups (example: reimbursement)
