How We Rated
Using a response of "No, Never," "Yes, Sometimes" or "Yes Always," families rated whether or not they received understandable answers to their questions. Each respondent answered the question, "When you asked questions, did you get answers you could understand?"
Here's how we scored among our families surveyed, from January to March 2008. A high rating of "Yes, Always" is better than a low rating of "No, Never."
