How We Rated
Using a response of "No, not at all," "Yes, Somewhat" or "Yes, Completely," families rated the health care provider's knowledge of their child's medical history while receiving outpatient care at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
Here's how we were rated by our families surveyed, from January to March 2008. A high rating of "Yes, Completely" is better than a low rating of "No, Not at All."
