How We Rated
Using a response of "Yes, Often," "Yes, Sometimes" or "No, Never," families rated how often one doctor or nurse said one thing and another said something different while their child was a patient at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
Here's how we were rated by our families surveyed, from April to June 2008. A high rating of "No, Never" is better than a low rating of "Yes, Often."
