How We Rated
Using a response of "No, Not at All," "Yes, Somewhat" or "Yes, Completely," families rated how well the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center staff taught them what they needed to know to care for their child at home.
Here's how we were rated by our families surveyed, from January to March 2008. A high rating of "Yes, Completely" is better than a low rating of "No, Not At All."
