How We Rated
Using a response of Never, Sometimes, Usually or Always, families rated how often the area around their child's room was quiet, while their child was a patient at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
Here's how we were rated by our families surveyed, from January to March 2008. A high rating of "Always" is better than a low rating of "Never."
