Team Well Being

At Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center we gather system level measures that reflect the overall quality and safety of our clinical care delivery system. These measures represent dimensions of team well being:

	July - September 2009
Turnover rate (nursing only):. Measuring turnover of nurses is one way we monitor overall job satisfaction of our nursing staff. We track the rate at which nurses leave employment at Cincinnati Children's. View our performance over time. (.pdf)	8.1%
