The best part of residency at Cincinnati Children's is the amazing people. During Anna Jackson, MD's, interview, she was impressed by the enthusiastic and passionate program directors and chief residents and the friendly and welcoming “Housestaff Ladies”. Since being here, she has continued to be impressed with all her resident colleagues, who are the smartest, hardest working and most dedicated individuals she knows. They always are supporting each other and someone is always volunteering to help out when needed. That team spirit and collegiality makes all the difference during this challenging stage in one’s training.
