Biography

Aaron Secrest, MD, PhD, chose to train at Cincinnati Children’s for a few key reasons. CCHMC is one of the few hospitals in the country that finds value in training pediatric preliminary (1-year) candidates who are subsequently training in a subspecialty (dermatology, radiology, anesthesiology, ophthalmology). CCHMC offers world-class training with some of the best pediatricians in the country and Cincinnati is one of the most affordable and most livable cities in the country.

Finally, and most importantly, he chose CCHMC, because the residents are happy there. They enjoy being pediatricians, they enjoy teaching and they enjoy Cincinnati.
