About

Biography

I'm a Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU) attending physician who also provides fetal care counseling for prenatal fetal conditions. I collaborate with parents and try to be approachable, so they feel comfortable asking questions. I care about the whole family as well.

Medicine has always fascinated me. I was inspired to become a physician by a reoccurring dream I had since I was eight years old. I love the resiliency of children, and I chose NICU because it's the start of life. I hope patients and families will never need my services, but if they do, I strive to give them the best care possible — especially in what can be an extremely scary time for families dealing with the uncertainties of the NICU.

I'm originally from the Bahamas. I love to make baby quilts in my free time.
