Lesley J. Allen RN, MSN, CNP, coordinates and manages the care for traumatically injured children and provides education services for patients and families. She assists in monitoring the PI system for trauma services, including outcomes and system / process issues.

Lesley also provides and coordinates educational opportunities for staff nurses, surgical residents, social workers and child life specialists with regards to trauma, utilizing trauma workshop, trauma case review, trauma in-services and trauma morbidity and mortality.Lesley also chairs the Trauma Resuscitation Quality Team and is a member of the Advanced Practice Nurses Education Council.
