Grant Mussman, MD, MHSA, is a pediatric hospital medicine physician and assistant professor of Pediatrics at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. In additional to clinical training in pediatrics, Dr. Mussman has advanced training in Health Services Administration and Quality Improvement. His current work includes improving provider awareness of hospital readmissions and development of strategies to reduce unnecessary readmissions, improving the reliability of verbal handoffs to primary care providers at hospital discharge, and reducing unnecessary interventions for pediatric patients with acute viral bronchiolitis.
