As cliché as it sounds, the people! Everyone was so incredibly nice on Leah McBee, MD's, interview and most importantly all the residents seemed genuinely really happy. Since she knew she would be spending more time with the people she worked with than with her family during residency, being in a program where people were really warm, welcoming and happy was super important to her. Also she knew she would get absolute top notch training at Cincinnati Children’s given its excellent reputation.
