Biography

Dr. Reder provides vision and leadership for a division with services in 11 locations and a staff of 238. She also provides lectures on a national and international level. Her most recent work includes transforming the culture of her division into an evidence-based practice culture. Under her direction, the Division of Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy has written and published numerous evidence-based clinical practice guidelines, all of which have been selected for inclusion on the National Guideline Clearinghouse website. Her division is now monitoring the treatment outcomes for children who are treated using these clinical practice guidelines. Using objective outcome data and the application of improvement science techniques, she is now working on creating changes that will result in improving the outcomes for the children they serve.
