Sara Zak, MD, grew up and went to college in Michigan and medical school just over the border in Ohio. When she applied to residency, she knew she wanted to stay in the Midwest. When she came to Cincinnati Children’s for her interview, she knew it was the place for her. The people here were incredibly welcoming and she knew that she would be able to get some of the best training in the world. She's only been here a couple of months but she's really enjoyed her time here so far.
