Thank you for your interest in working at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. We recently switched to a new online job application system, which may affect how you begin searching and applying for jobs. The following information will help both first-time applicants to Cincinnati Children’s as well as those who had previously applied with us.
If you have problems accessing our Careers page or the online application, you may need to lower your web browser’s privacy settings or disable pop-up blockers.

How to Register: First-Time Applicants
If you are an external applicant and have not applied for a position with Cincinnati Children’s before, please create a profile in our new system to begin searching and applying for jobs. Here’s how:
- Go to our Careers page

Click on the link to register
- Enter a User Name (we highly recommend you use your email address, this usually does not change over time and is easy to remember)
- Enter a Password that you will use each time you want to access your profile, or search and apply to jobs.
Returning Applicants
After July 1, 2009: If you applied for a position with Cincinnati Children’s after July 1, 2009
- Go to our Careers page

Enter the User Name and Password you registered with
- Click the Login button
On or before July 1, 2009: If you applied for a position with Cincinnati Children’s on or before July 1, 2009, you can continue to use your registration information from our previous system. Here’s how:
- Go to our Careers page

Click the Login Help button
- In the Login Help window, go to the “Forgot your Password?” box
- In the Enter Your User Name field, type the email address you provided when you applied in our previous system
- Click Get New Password
If you don’t remember what e-mail address you used in our previous system, please register again in our new system. We will attempt to find your registration information in our previous system and merge it with the new registration information you provide.
If your e-mail address is not found, you will see this message on the Login Help page:

When you receive the e-mail, please:
- Record the new password
- Go to our Careers page

Enter your e-mail address in the User Name field
- Enter the system-generated password from the e-mail in the Password field
- Click on the Login button
For security purposes, you should immediately create a new password. See the “Change Password” section below.
All your information from our previous system should be there. Take a few minutes to look around and familiarize yourself with our new site. If you have any problems, please email us at recruiting_solutions@cchmc.org. We will reply to you as soon as possible.
Change Password
To change your password:
- Go to our Careers page

Enter the User Name and Password you registered with, then click the Login button
- Click the My Profile link in the My Career Tools section
- Click Change Password link and follow the instructions.
Search for Jobs
Note: You do not need to register or login to search for jobs but you will be required to if you want to apply to a job.
1. To search by keywords
- Go to our Careers page

Enter keywords in the field, or use the Advance Search link for additional search functionality
2. To search by latest job postings
- Go to our Careers page

Expand the Latest Job Posting section
- Use the arrows to the right to navigate to next and previous pages
