Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center offers a
comprehensive employee benefits program that is equal to or better
than the majority of the other health care institutions in the
city. The benefits program is constantly reviewed to identify
better ways to deliver world-class benefits.
Many of these benefits, such as life insurance, long-term
disability insurance and pension plans are paid in full by the
medical center. The major costs of others, such as health and
dental insurance, are also paid so that employees can obtain this
protection at substantially lower rates.
Eligibility
Employees are eligible for benefits if they are scheduled to
work at least 40 hours per two-week pay period. In some cases,
those who work in a limited part-time, temporary or standby status
are eligible for some of the benefit plans.
