Special Instructions
The Department of Anesthesia requires the following information:
- ABA In-Training Exam Score -- Scaled Score (CA-1, CA-2, CA-3)
- Completed application
- Current CV
- Personal statement
- Copy of medical school diploma
- Reference letter from your program director
- Two reference letters from colleagues currently practicing with you
- If foreign trained -- ECFMG Certificate and must have completed a U.S. anesthesia training program
The Pediatric Anesthesia Fellowship is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
