Quality Improvement Systems
We are seeking Quality Improvement Consultants to:
- Champion and be catalysts for achieving transformation and sustainable change in outcomes in support of Cincinnati Children's mission
- Provide project management, facilitation, education, and data analysis support for the improvement of systems and processes for departments / teams within the Cincinnati Children’s care delivery system
- Build improvement science capability so that our customers improve outcomes, experience and value
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related discipline, or equivalent (master’s degree preferred)
- A minimum of three years of experience with quality improvement tools and methodologies and improvement teams, or equivalent
- Clinical experience and facilitation experience with medical teams, including physician participants, highly desirable
We are seeking an Assistant Vice President – Data, Quantitative Analysis and Statistical Support to:
- Provide planning, direction and coordination of all activities related to data collection, analysis and reporting
- Support quality improvement teams, senior management and faculty conducting research in improvement science
The ideal candidate will have:
- A master’s degree in statistics, quantitative analysis, business, health care administration, or related discipline (PhD strongly preferred)
- A minimum of 10 years experience coordinating / leading / facilitating large-scale survey/data development and analysis processes in a medium to large organization, preferably within a healthcare system, hospital or medical center
- A minimum of five years experience reporting to senior leadership
We are seeking Senior Decision Support Analysts to:
- Work with teams to develop, analyze and display data for informing and monitoring quality improvement initiatives
- Manage and analyze data for a variety of clinical outcomes, health services research and quality improvement initiatives
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in statistics, public health, quantitative analysis, or a related discipline (master's degree strongly preferred)
- A minimum of three years of related experience manipulating large relational databases, performing statistical programming and developing data displays
- Knowledge of statistical process control principles and experience writing SQL queries
- Previous related experience in a clinical research or large healthcare system

Quality Improvement Systems, formerly Quality Transformation and Data System, are the departments charged with monitoring the implementation of the plan for guiding Cincinnati Children's in improving the lives of children and families of Cincinnati Children's
Child Policy Research Center
We are seeking an Epidemiologist to:
- Provide epidemiological and health services support in developing and conducting health services and policy research
- Develop research projects, manage and analyze secondary datasets, participate in health services research, and provide consultation to faculty
- Help develop effective measurement tools based on goals, objectives, and expected outcomes of projects
