Diversity Commitment

"To be a global leader, we must have well-honed people skills to deal with individuals' extraordinary range of characteristics. We all must function at the same high level if we are to deliver quality, family-centered care to children from our own community and around the world. Our diversity program is truly an investment in the vision and mission of the medical center, because people skills and cultural sensitivity are among the keys to offering the best possible experience for patients and families."
