Join our Blood and Marrow Transplant (BMT) Unit
We are truly cutting edge with the new treatments and therapies we offer patients in our Blood and Marrow Transplant (BMT) Unit, and we're looking for skilled nurses to help us change the outcome!
Our 24-bed BMT unit is a highly complex, specialized, high acuity care environment. We use a multidisciplinary approach to holistically care for infants to young adults who have underlying oncologic, immunologic, marrow failure or metabolic disorders requiring a bone marrow transplant. We also offer a variety of other specialized services, including nephrology, cardiology and infectious diseases--all in a family-centered care environment.

You will enhance your skills in assessment, critical thinking, complex line management, infusion management (blood products, chemotherapy agents, monoclonal antibodies, antiviral agents, antifungal agents, stem cell infusions), nutritional support, pain control and palliative care.
You’ll benefit from having designated educators who support our staff. Throughout orientation, you’ll have regular one-on-one sessions with a primary preceptor, unit educator and/or education specialist. We offer simulation training on emergent acute care events to ensure you remain on the leading edge of care.
