Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center welcomes nurses who have been out of bedside nursing and are interested in returning to the rewarding and challenging field.
Individualized Orientation
It is not necessary to attend a nurse refresher course prior to accepting a position at Cincinnati Children's. (Most refresher courses focus on adult nursing care.)
If you have not worked in nursing for several years or longer, you will receive all necessary training on-site at Cincinnati Children's. We provide individualized orientation -- based on your unique needs and previous experience -- to help you gain a renewed sense of confidence as a professional nurse.
We provide an environment where you can:

- Develop and apply current knowledge in health assessment, clinical skills and clinical decision making
