Accommodations
Participants can stay at the Kingsgate Marriott Conference Center located at 151 Goodman Drive, within walking distance of Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Shuttle bus service is also available.
Reservations
The deadline for discounted room reservations is four weeks prior to day one of the program. After that date, reservations are subject to room availability.
To make reservations, please contact the hotel directly at 513-487-3800 or 1-888-720-1299. You must call the hotel to get the discounted rate of $139 per room, plus tax. Please mention the Cincinnati Children's Anesthesiology PAPA Program to receive the discounted room rate. Our staff can assist you if you require other accommodations.
Air travel
Cincinnati Children's and the Kingsgate Marriott are located 20 miles from the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky Airport (CVG). Taxi fare is approximately $32 each way.
