Weekly Schedule
The individuals taking part in the PAPA program in the Department of Anesthesia at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center follow this weekly schedule.
Monday
8 am: Arrive at Cincinnati Children's. Meet with Debbie Klug for locker, identification card.
9 am: Meet with course director, review schedule. Take brief tour of facility. Meet anesthesia tech.
10 am: Start in OR
3:30 pm: Dismissal from OR
7 pm: Dinner with staff
Tuesday
7 am: Meet faculty in OR
Noon: Lunchtime lecture with teaching faculty
3:30 pm: Dismissal from OR
4 pm: Participation in fellowship lectures
Wednesday
7 am: Breakfast lecture with faculty or grand rounds
8:30 am: Meet with faculty in OR
3:30 pm: Dismissal from OR
Thursday
7 am: Meet faculty in OR
Noon: Lunchtime lecture with faculty
3 pm: Optional simulation experience
Friday
7 am: Meet faculty in OR
3 pm: Exit interview with course director
