GI Fellowship Program Leadership
The Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition fellowship program at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center is administered by an Education Council consisting of five faculty members and one senior fellow. Each faculty member has a defined "portfolio" of responsibilities.
The Education Council meets monthly and reports back at biweekly divisional faculty meetings (to which fellows are invited). In addition, the Education Council leads fellowship recruiting and hosts an annual retreat for faculty and fellows to discuss issues in the program in a less formal setting.
