The Divisions of Neonatology and Pulmonary Biology at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center offer a three-year fellowship program in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine, accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education .

The fellowship program in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine has developed a mission statement consistent with that of Cincinnati Children's: to train fellows to provide excellent patient care, teaching, research and community service.

Patient Care

Provide state-of-the-art tertiary care for sick neonates as part of a regionalized perinatal health care delivery system.

    Teaching

    Establish and maintain a conducive environment for training individuals to become the leaders of tomorrow in neonatology and pediatrics.

    Research

    Continue the long-standing tradition of excellence in pediatric research established by the Children's Hospital Research Foundation in the past century.

    Community Service

    Provide leaders to the community to manage the complex public health issues affecting women, their infants and families.
