Sleep Medicine Fellowship Application
We accept one trainee each year for the Sleep Medicine Fellowship at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. All application materials must be received by November 30 for consideration for a position starting the following July.
Applications should include a personal statement, CV, copy of medical school diploma, medical school transcript, three letters of recommendation, a copy of current state medical license and ECFMG certificate (if applicable).
