Social Work Educational Opportunities
The Psychiatry Division at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center offers a Social Work Intern Program on Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. The Division of Psychiatry partners with the University of Cincinnati.
In association with the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Children's offers a comprehensive two-year field internship.
Opportunities include experience with Outpatient Psychiatry, Inpatient Psychiatric Units (Child and Adolescent), along with the Psychiatric Intake and Response Center.
Interns would be attending monthly Grand Rounds and bimonthly Journal Club. Emphasis for these interns would be placed on mental health assessments, evaluations, diagnosis and treatment.
