Application Process
The Division of Pharmacy at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center offers a postgraduate year one (PGY1) pharmacy residency with emphasis on pediatric pharmaceutical care services.
The following items must be received to initiate your application for this residency:
- A letter describing your reasons for applying to this program
- A current Curriculum Vitae
- A completed Cincinnati Children's application for employment
- Copies of official transcripts from all colleges of pharmacy attended
- Three letters of reference

A one day on-site interview is required to complete your application process. Interviews will be scheduled between January 17, 2008 and February 11, 2008.
Cincinnati Children's is a participant in the ASHP Matching Program for PGY1 pharmacy residency programs. Therefore, applicants must be enrolled in the ASHP Matching Program to be eligible for consideration.
