Interviews
As completed application packages are received, they are reviewed and discussed by our faculty. Candidates who are most closely aligned to our program are invited for an interview during late December and January. All applicants with complete packets will be notified by December 15 of their interview status.
A personal interview at the site has obvious advantages for both parties. Telephone interviews are not preferred and are only granted in unusual circumstances. The selection committee is comprised of our entire faculty and some postdoctoral fellows; current residents are invited to provide comments about candidates after the interview day, but are not part of the selection committee.
Please visit the Interview Day Information page for details about our interview process and typical schedule.
