Interview Day Information
Our match philosophy is one that guides us to assist each party involved to make the best choice for an optimal fit. We invite about 25 carefully screened candidates for interviews on five different days, where up to five candidates on each day are met in a more intimate context.
Typically two interview days occur between Christmas and New Year's Day, and the other three occur during the first three weeks of January. We like to have a half-day interview that is as personal and informative as possible, during which written materials are provided for candidates to keep.
The training director calls the invited candidates by December 15 in order to arrange interviews for those who wish to come.

Hotel Accommodations
Any candidate who wishes to spend the night before the interview day may do so, compliments of our program. The Marriott Kingsgate Conference Hotel is available by contacting Vicky Sanders (vicky.sanders@cchmc.org, 513-636-7771) once you have been notified of your invitation to an interview. Please do not try to arrange lodging on your own at this hotel.
