You can register by mail for the Pediatric Advanced Life Support courses given by Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Simply download and complete the registration form below:

After registering for a PALS course, a student packet containing course materials will be mailed to each participant approximately 3-4 weeks prior to the course date.
