Eligibility
- All applicants must be MD/DO and have completed an approved residency program in either pediatrics or combined internal medicine and pediatrics.
- All applicants must be US Citizens
Application Procedure
The deadline for receipt of applications is March 1, 2012 for the July 2012 cohort. Recipients of Fellowships will be notified about interviewing within 2 weeks of the receipt of their completed application. To apply for the General Pediatric Master Educator Fellowship (GPMEF), please submit the following documents to Kim Zuleger (kimberly.zuleger@cchmc.org) and Melissa Klein, MD (melissa.klein@cchmc.org):
- Curriculum Vitae
- 3 letters of recommendation (Note: One of the recommendation letters should be obtained from the applicant’s program director if s/he is a current resident/fellow.)
- Personal Statement
- The completed GPMEF application form
