The Sports Medicine Fellowship at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center is a one year program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). We have two positions available per academic year.
Candidates should visit the ERAS website for more information and to apply for our program.
Our fellows receive a comprehensive education including academic and private practice outpatient clinics. As a Cincinnati Children's fellow, you are on the side-lines for NCAA Division I athletic events as well as in the medical tent for mass participation events like the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon and the Girls on the Run annual event. You will also provide team physician coverage for a local high school. Opportunities to assist with cardiac screening programs, ACL injury prevention programs, and additional research projects are encouraged. Additionally, fellows have the opportunity to provide lectures to medical students, residents, and community providers.
