Job Shadow Program

  • Job Shadow Program

The Job Shadow Program at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center provides experiential learning opportunities designed to help individuals learn about health career options as well as the skills that different occupations require. The program offers a four hour, once a month education and shadowing experience to 20 individuals interested in learning about a specific area in health care. Program participants will have the opportunity to experience the workplace setting as well as the duties performed by the health care worker they are shadowing; however, they will not be permitted to take part in hands-on patient care.

Children’s Hospital Medical center has implemented our Visitor Restrictions policy, effective, September 11, 2014. With restrictions in place, we are unable to host the Job Shadow program again until further notice.
