Hosting a Fundraiser
Thank you for your interest in hosting a fundraiser in your community. This can be an exciting and innovative way to generate funds for Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
Coordinating an event to benefit Cincinnati Children's is as easy as 1, 2 and 3.
- Choose the right event
The type of event you choose should fit the size, interest, talents, goals and availability of your group. You want this event to be fun to plan and organize – as well as fun to attend. - Register your event
Once you know what type of event you would like to organize, it is important to fill out an event application form (126k) and submit it to Cincinnati Children's, at the address listed below, for approval. - Establish Goals
Have a realistic and measurable financial goal. A budget worksheet (90k) can be used as a guide to help you plan your goal. Remember – expenses should represent 30% or less of the gross income for the event.
You will be contacted within 14 days of the receipt of your event application form.
