Making a cash donation by check or credit card benefits the children and families of Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center immediately. In addition, these gifts qualify for federal tax deductions if you itemize your return. For tax purposes, a gift of cash is considered made on the date it is postmarked, submitted online or hand-delivered.
