Organize Your Own Event

Hosting a fundraiser in your community can be an exciting and innovative way to generate funds for Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. To get started:

• Choose the right type of event: The event should fit the size, interest, talents, goals and availability of your group. You want this event to be fun to plan and organize – as well as to attend.
• Establish goals: Have a realistic and measurable financial goal. A budget worksheet can be used as a guide to help you plan your goal. Remember – expenses should represent 30 percent or less of the gross income for the event.
• Register your event: Once you know what type of event you would like to organize, it is important to fill out an event application form and submit it to Cincinnati Children’s, at the address below, for approval.

You will be contacted within 14 days of the receipt of your event application form.
