Partnership Matters

Janet and Tim Johnson knew they wanted to give a gift that would have a lasting and positive impact on kids who need it most. That’s why they support the pastoral care position at Cincinnati Children’s College Hill campus, our dedicated pediatric mental health facility.

Our specially trained chaplains offer spiritual guidance, companionship and emotional support to people of all (or no) faiths. They are a vital source of hope and healing for many of the kids, families and staff at College Hill.

“We’re proud to support Cincinnati Children’s as they help some of the most vulnerable children in our community find the spiritual support and hope they need to heal,” says Janet.

The Johnsons' gift will impact the lives of 2,100 children each year who are cared for at our College Hill campus.

Procter & GambleProcter & Gamble

Procter & Gamble (P&G) recently joined our fight against bullying with a $100,000 grant to support our educator training program. This web-based initiative provides training and anti-bullying curriculum to teachers, school staff and community leaders.

P&G's support will help the program reach more educators and community groups and will include instruction on addressing bullying of two at-risk populations: kids struggling with mental illness and children on the autism spectrum. Working together, we will empower more kids and educators to address this dangerous issue.

Kids exposed to the anti-bullying curriculum developed by Cincinnati Children's reported a 5 to 11 percent decrease in bullying incidents.
