Max Meyer makes a point to count each day. Every mark on the calendar is another day since he received bone marrow from his little sister, Ellee, during a transplant at Cincinnati Children's. Max, who was diagnosed with aplastic anemia, needed his sister's bone marrow because his own did not produce sufficient new cells to replenish blood cells. But Max is back on his grade school basketball team, healthy as ever. In this "Tell Me a Story," he talks with his mom, Kristi, about being a survivor.
