    When an orphan known only by her first name, Nigisti, came to Cincinnati Children's for surgery, everything was different here. The little girl refused to eat unfamiliar food, and she was dying. That's when Yordanos Emahazion, a catering employee from Ethiopia, stepped in. She made food from Nigisti's homeland — food she would eat, food that made her smile, food that saved her life.
