    Cincinnati Children’s provides easy access to a variety of convenient services to make your visit more comfortable.

    + Meals

    Parents and guests can order from the patient menu and have meals delivered to the patient’s room. Read more in Your Child’s Stay.

    The cafeteria at our Burnet Campus, Location D, first floor, is open 24 hours a day. It offers a wide range of food items.

    Limited food service is also available at our Liberty Campus.

    + Activity Centers

    We have activity centers for children, toddlers and teens. The centers are open daily. Times are posted on the doors. Activity centers are a place where children can have fun and interact with other children. If your child can’t go to the activity center, our child life specialists will provide activities at the bedside. Read more about Child Life.

    + Gift Shop

    The Gift Shop, Location C-1, offers a wide selection of items for children and adults. The shop is run by volunteers to benefit Cincinnati Children’s. Read more about the Gift Shop.

    + Banking Services

    There are ATM money machines in the main concourse, Location D, first floor, near the Welcome Center. There is a full-service branch of U.S. Bank located nearby, close to the cafeteria.

    + Pharmacy

    You may fill your child’s prescriptions and purchase over-the-counter medicine from the Outpatient Pharmacy, in the main concourse, Location D, first floor. Read more about the Pharmacy.

    + Chapel

    An interfaith chapel is located on the first floor of Location A, and a meditation room is on the first floor of Location B. Both are always open and available for your use. Read more about Pastoral Care.

    + Family Resource Center

    The Family Resource Center, Location D-2, can help you find information about your child’s condition, locate resources and support groups, and set up a personalized CarePages web page for family and friends. The center has computers, a fax and a scanner you can use. It has books for adults and children and provides a quiet place to relax. Read more about the Family Resource Center.
