How to Receive Medical Care
Cincinnati Children’s is committed to helping you get the high-quality medical care your child needs as quickly and smoothly as possible.
To Apply for Care at Our Hospital
Contact the International Patient Care Program by email, telephone (+1-513-636-3100) or fax (+1-513-803-0903). One of our patient coordinators will respond to your inquiry within 24-48 hours, or two business days.
Submit your child’s medical records and laboratory results and images on a CD by email, fax, mail or courier. Please make sure to translate all the medical records into English. Images on a CD may include MRIs, CT scans, ultrasounds, X-rays and other diagnostic tests.
The International Patient Care Program coordinators will forward your child’s medical records to the appropriate clinical experts. These doctors will recommend a treatment or consultation plan.
Financial Arrangements
The treatment plan recommended by the doctors will be translated into a cost estimate, and the International Patient Care Program coordinators will work with you or your insurance company to help make payment arrangements.
