    Let Guest Services help you plan your travel details so you can concentrate on your child. We can help out before you travel and after you and your family arrive. We do whatever it takes to make sure a family’s time with us is as stress-free and comfortable as possible.

    Before Your Visit

    Guest Services has professional, knowledgeable staff to take care of the many complex details of arranging a visit to Cincinnati Children’s for out-of-town families. A Guest Services associate can assist your family with discounted lodging rates at more than 25 area hotels. Read more about where to stay.

    During Your Visit

    Guest Services can arrange complimentary ground transportation, based upon availability, to and from area airports, your hotel and Cincinnati Children’s. And we can arrange for interpreters to assist you in being completely involved in your child’s medical care.

    While your family is here, we can help you with activities during your leisure time. We provide complimentary and discounted tickets to popular Cincinnati area attractions for patients and families who live outside the eight surrounding counties of Hamilton, Butler, Warren, Clermont, Boone, Kenton, Campbell and Dearborn.
